About Us
Gyldenfeld is a player-run town on the Chesapeake shard of Ultima Online. The town itself is a collection of homes whose residents decided to come together for a greater common goal of fun, friendship and community. All events which take place in town are open to both town residents and non-residents alike from across the Chesapeake shard and it's facets.

The town has no official guilds, nor is membership in any sort of "town guild" required to be a part of the town. In fact, even non-residents may have a form of representation in the town government(see town charter). All persons are welcome in Gyldenfeld without regard for their playstyle, experience level, length of UO gameplay, geographic location or other affiliation. Notably, roleplaying, a staple of other player-run towns, is not the driving force behind Gyldenfeld, but it is certainly welcome.
